Yesterday Re-Bath installed our new bathroom, it is everything we hoped it would be and we are delighted – it looks
wonderful. We have been impressed with everyone involved in this process – from the sales person, office staff, to
your installers – they all performed just as you would wish.

We were especially impressed with the young men who installed our Re-Bath tub and surround – Josh and Sam.
They were very professional. They arrived promptly at 8:00 am, worked diligently and completed the job in about 4
hours. Their work is immaculate – we’ve never seen such beautifully sealed seams…they are so neat and even that
they look like factory made grout lines instead of silicone sealed seams. They were polite, appropriately friendly,
seemed happy to answer our questions, explained completely then asked our preference when they needed a
decision about the drain, thoroughly tested the installation for leaks and left our home and their outside work area
neat and spotless.

We couldn't be more pleased, both with the quality of our Re-Bath tub and surround and with the young men who
installed it beautifully. Of all the people we have had in our home to make repairs over the 35 years we have lived in
this house, we believe Josh and Sam were among the best – if not the very best. You are to be congratulated that you
deliver a quality product and that you have such highly qualified and professional individuals installing your product.

I would like to know that Sam and Josh did an excellent job on installing the shower at our home.
They both identified themselves with a picture ID when they arrived. They went over exactly what they were going to
do and how they would accomplish the job. They worked fast, safe, and kept the work area clean during the job. The
completed job was very professional and the work area was left clean.
If I have another job done by Re-Bath, I would want Sam and Josh to be the ones to do it.

Dear Sirs,
I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my new tub, wall enclosure, and plumbing fixtures. It is beautiful!
Thanks for sending Sam Hughes to do the installation on March 18. He did an excellent job. He worked hard from
8:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. with hardly a break. He was neat and very conscientious in his work. My floor was not level
and he had to make some modifications and the liner was wider than the original tub. He did an excellent job of fitting
it in and making the walls look like they were suppose to come out further than the original tile.
I am glad I had the opportunity to do business with a local company.

Mr. Wong,
   Re-Bath recently updated a bathroom for me. I have been so impressed with those who have represented your
business. From Rebecca's help on the phone to Freda in your Ringgold Road office. However, the 2 I have been in
contact with the most are Steve Coffman and Josh Lindsay. As a retired widow, big projects make me antsy. Steve
was so helpful in my decision making and a welcome visitor in my home.
   I have seldom seen a worker so focused or work as hard as Josh did. I am known to be pretty particular, and Josh
was exactly the person to do my bath. Never have I been so pleased with work done, or the workers. On the
contrary, I am disturbed by the work ethics and attributes by so many today. Kudos to these people and your
company for employing them.

I wanted to add a personal note with this evaluation card. Josh was the installer for our new shower. I came home the
first day expecting to see a mess in the bathroom. Other remodeling jobs led me to that expectation. I was pleasantly
surprised to see everything neatly placed in the shower area. Nothing on the floor would suggest my old shower had
been taken out! The next day our new shower was installed in a timely efficient manner. Josh was both courteous
and neat, which I appreciate so much.

We have only good words to say about our experience with Re-Bath. Our visit to your showroom was our first step.
We were greeted quite warmly by Freda Ables. She was most helpful and answered our many questions. Steve
Coffman came to our home and was very prompt and professional. Before he left we had signed a contract. Our
installer, Josh, (sorry I don't know his last name) was great. He was very efficient. Arrived at the time promised, kept
mess to a minimum. Worked at a very quick pace. I see now how he stays so slim. We will recommend you to our
